Taught undergraduate students during a teaching apprenticeship that included syllabi and lesson plan design, creating a D2L site, and co-teaching an undergraduate course
Worked in a graduate assistantship that has allowed me to hone my presentation and advising skills, as well as my career preparation knowledge
Visited South Africa as part of the Summer 2025 South Africa Professional Collaborative Experience
Represented graduate student voices as the graduate student representative for the MSU School of Education Alumni Board, where I serve on the Outreach/Recruitment committee
Supported undergraduate students as a club advisor for the Sports Perspectives club
Completed a Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Postsecondary Education

I've completed 39 credits towards my PhD requirements, including classes on Adult Learning, Research Methods, and Field Experiences.
I've been developing my research experience and refining my research agenda, working on projects around international student assessment equity, ADHD in college students, and my main research focus: Career Development for Graduate Students.
As a PhD student, I have prioritized getting the most out of this experience. This has included various activities I've gotten to participate in as part of the College of Education.
