I am a creative who loves stories. Whether the story of a place, its history, its people, or individuals, everything I dabble in centers stories. I partake in travel, history, photography, and writing as various ways to explore my passion for storytelling. Below, please see some of my creative works combining my various passions.
Since 2015, when I studied abroad for the first time in Rome, Italy, I have documented my various travels in a travel blog. Recounting my trips, sharing history and other interesting facts I learn about destinations, and also exploring my personal growth through various experiences, my travel blogs have documented over a decade of family, partner, and solo travel. My first blog was Europe 2015, recounting my semester at the John Cabot University campus and the various Italian cities, European countries, and even additional contents I visted. My Europe 2017 blog shares my experiences as a Trinity College Dublin Master's student in Ireland, summarizing the trips I took during the year-long program. Finally, my Wandering blog shares the adventures I have gone on since graduating from Trinity and shifting into adulthood.

Come along with me as I travel locally, nationally, and abroad! I've created Theresa Travels, a project including a Youtube channel, Substack, TikTok, and Flickr, to present many of my past and future travels as a more immersive experience. I will provide reflections on travel in general and locations I've visited, share short pov videos, and highlight some of my favorite photos from my travels. Check out the links, below!
My family is extremely interested in our genealogy, and so my mother and I started a podcast called Chicago Bound in order to share our family history the way it was meant to be shared, orally. This podcast recounts the experiences of my ancestors, sharing both an overall history and the wildest stories that have been passed down.
